        - güncelleme: oyunların steam linkleri ve parantez içerisinde güncel fiyatları eklenmiştir (TL 06.2020), böylelikle önceki fiyatlarla bir kıyaslama yapabilirsiniz. kaliteli oyunlar oynayarak geçirdiğimiz güzel bir yaz olması temennisiyle..-

        Geçen yıl Uğur ve Tansel abilerin birçok oyunu tavsiye ettikleri programda bahsi geçen oyunları şöyle bir derlemiştim. İndirimlerin birçoğu bu yılda geçerli olur düşüncesiyle ve 2019 indirimleri de henüz bitmemişken ilgilenen arkadaşlar için tekrardan paylaşayım dedim 🙂

          Her sorunumda yanımda olan Teknoseyir ahalisi, kendi çapımda bir internet kafe kurmaya karar verdim. Aklımdaki dükkan yaşadığım şehrin merkezinde 3 katlı bir binanın 3. katı. üst katı teras. İnternet kafe için uygun bir konumda.

          10-15 bilgisayar ile başlayıp, müşterilerin geldiğini gördükten sonra hızla 20-25 bilgisayara kadar çıkarabilirim. Devam eden 6 aylık süreçte bu sayıyı 40-50 civarına taşıyabilirim. Fazlasını dükkan kaldırmaz, çünkü 120metrekare.

          Tüm aşamaları sizinle paylaşacağım. Yarın dükkanı gezmeye, belediye ile de ruhsat konusunda görüşmeye gideceğim.

          - Eeeey donanım canavarları! Masa+sandalye+pc ile en mantıklı 5.000-6.000 TL lik oyuncu bilgisayarını dizmeme yardımcı olun.

          - Network uzmanları, 30-40 bilgisayarlık bir internet kafeye neler önerirsiniz?

          - Yaratıcı arkadaşlarım, hadi internet kafemize isim bulalım?

          - İnternet kafe müdavimleri, gittiğiniz kafelerde ne var ne yok, tiyo verin yahu 🙂

          Arkadaşlar bugün pazar olmasına rağmen bir arkadaşımı alıp merkezdeki internet kafeleri gezdik. Merkez derken buralar meydan ve çarşı. İnsanlar oturmuyor hep iş yeri. Saat akşam 9'du ve dükkanlar kapanmış. İnternet kafeler açıktı. Akşam vakti buralara geliyorlar mı diye düşünürken gittiğim kafelerde ortalama 30 masa doluydu. İşletmelerin çapına oranlarsam %40 doluluk vardı. Normal bilgisayarların saati 3 lira, ortanın üstü 4, curved monitörlü ve daha iyi olanlar 5 liraydı. Memlekette piyasa bu durumda yani, bence fena değil.

          Pazar günü tutacağımız dükkanı göremeyiz ama dışardan bakalım diye gittik. Şansımıza aşağıdaki esnafta anahtar varmış. Dükkanı da gezdik.Dükkan internetten görüp beğendiğim durumda. Hiç bir süprizle karşılaşmadım. Hatta çift wc olmayışını ruhsatta sorun ederler diye düşünürken, binadaki her kata wc koymuşlar. Kendi katıma Erkek Wc, Alt kata Bayan Wc yazar ruhsat sorununu da çözerim diye düşündüm.

          Yukarda bahsettiğim işletmeler konum olarak 10 üzerinden 10 iken benim ki 10 üzerinden 8 olacak. Ama avantaj diyebileceğimiz benim terasım var onların yok. Ayrıca en büyük avantajım şu ki, onların kirası benimkinin rahat 3 katıdır. Ben bu dükkanı gerçekten uygun fiyata bulduğumu düşünüyorum. 🙂

          Binanın ön yüzü aydınlık, giriş tarafı yani arkası ise karanlık. O kısmı ışıklandırmam gerekecek. Elektrik tesisatını 40-50 bilgisayara uygun hale getirmek için elektrikçi çağıracaktım, o sıra bunu da yaptırırım.

Yeni bir telefon almak istiyorum ve kriterlerim gayet basit 🙂 Kamerası G4'den kötü olmasın yeterli ( raw çekim olması önemli) ve güncelleme konusunda sıkıntı çıkarmasın.
